Grade 3 Bricks and Mortar and Virtual School Universal Screening Test Results:

Please know that the indivudual student test results will be sent to parents and caregivers next week. 

Student Camera Use During Remote Learning:

We encourage students to leave their cameras on as much as possible, especially during activities that require participation, during small group reading sessions, and support sessions. We respect families rights for privacy. If you have any issues/concerns, please let us know.

Virtual Community Meeting Update:

Mindfulness in May

DPS School Council invites you to join them and instructor Tina Carlson, an IMTA certified mindfulness teacher with UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center for a variety of programming in May.

During May - TDSB's Asian and Jewish Heritage Committees Present: Chicken Soup, Chicken Soup This year the Asian and Jewish Heritage Committees have collaborated to present Chicken Soup, Chicken Soup for the month of May, Asian and Jewish Heritage months. This program targeted at students in Kindergarten-grade 3, has been described as a “very sweet book and a perfect early lesson on diversity.” As Sophie the main character in the story says about her grandmothers’ soups - “a little different; a lot the same”.  Check out the attached Chicken Soup, Chicken Soup PDF document with clickable links to:  Access the book on the TDSB Virtual Library–ReadWatchLearn.  Look for the Chicken Soup Chicken Soup icon under Read.
