The following is the Zoom link for you to join the Davisville Curriculum Night Introduction from 6:00-6:20 p.m. during which time Ms. Farrelly and Ms. Bozzo, along with our School Settlement Worker and School Council Executive will be sharing information.

Teachers will also be connecting with their parents/guardians in a variety of ways throughout the week by sharing their curricular plans for the year. Some ways of this happening: virtual meetings, pre-recorded messages, direct phone calls along with a copy of their Long Range Plans for the year. These handouts may be sent home in hard copy, sent electronically or posted in your child’s Google classroom or Brightspace. Please feel free to call the school to also connect with your child’s teacher.

Superintendent Andrew Howard Visit: Thank you to Superintendent Andrew Howard who visited both our schools on Wednesday afternoon. We met to discuss our School Improvement Plan as put together by staff and administration. After we met, we visited several classes. He let us know how impressed he was with the level of student engagement in all the classes we were able to visit. We hadn’t planned to visit any specific classes, which made the level of engagement even more impressive. Everyone was very welcoming and inviting. He will be coming back for another visit in about a month. During our next visit, we will be visiting specific classes, looking for specific information based on our three improvement goals. We look forward to his next visit.
